A king named Tungdhwaj went to a forest to hunt animals but got tired and sat under a banyan tree. He saw few people worshipping the Lord Satyanarayan. Those people offered him prasad with all the respect, but the king declined the prasad and left the place. 

At that time, he was not aware of the Satyanarayan story. After declining the prasad, he returned to his rajya, but when he reached, he saw that another king had attacked his kingdom and destroyed everything.

The King was devastated. But then he remembered that it had happened as he declined the prasad and respect of the people who were worshipping God. The King regretted the situation and then immediately went to the same place and asked for the prasad. After having the prasad and asking for forgiveness, he returned to his kingdom.
