1. Kabootar Wale Baba in Mahakumbh- Mahant Rajpuri Maharaj

Mahant Rajpuri Maharaj, the Kabootar Wale Baba or the Pigeon Saint, is one of the most popular faces in Prayagraj 2025. He talks about his love and affection for his pigeon, Haripuri. He says he got the pigeon as a blessing 9 years ago and loves being with him constantly. The pigeon has been with Rajpuri Maharaj for three Kumbh melas (Kumbh fairs). Baba says, ‘Serving living creatures with love and compassion is one’s most significant duty.

2. IIT Engineer Baba – Abhay Singh

Abhay Singh, better known as the IIT Engineer Guru of Mahakumbh 2025, is attracting devotees worldwide attention. An extraordinary academic student from Haryana doesn’t want to return home but wants to focus only on spirituality.

He has pursued a Master’s in Design in New Delhi and Canada. The other reason he tells us about the journey of asceticism is that he wanted to find the purpose of life, leaving all worldly pleasures.

3. Kaante Wale Baba- Ramesh Kumar Majhi

Ramesh Kumar Majhi, or Lakshman Ram, known as Kaante Wale Baba at Mahakumbh, claims he has been lying on thorns for 40-50 years. He has become the favourite Saints in Mahakumbh among the crowd.

Baba says he doesn’t feel pain lying on thorns and praises God, saying he is the ‘Guru’ or guide who gave him strength. He donates half of his Dakshina and uses the rest to meet his expenses. Kaante Wale Baba says he prefers to attend every spiritual event in the country. 

4. Anaj Wale Baba- Amarjeet

Amarjeet, named Anaaj wale Baba, turned his head into a fertile land. He is growing crops on his head, which surprises everyone. This great Yogi has become one of the most talked about personalities at Mahakumbh.

When people asked Baba why he grew crops on his head, he said his mission is far beyond increasing crops. Baba says deforestation can cause climate change and encourages people to plant more trees.

5. IAS/ Mauni/ Chai Wale Baba- Dinesh Swaroop Brahmachari

6. Rudraksha Wale Baba – Geetanand Maharaj

Geetanand Maharaj, known as Rudraksha Baba, has worn 1.25 lakh rudrakshas weighing about 45 kilograms over his head since 2010. He claims to receive these rudrakshas as presents from his devotees.

The five mukhi rudrakshas are five necessary elements of the human body. Baba said that he has attended the past three Kumbh melas. This great Guru praises this year’s arrangements made at Mahakumbh. He says he practices penance to get benefits from wearing the rudrakshas. 

7. Lilliput Baba in Mahakumbh- Baba Ganga Giri

Baba Ganga Giri, or Lilliput Baba, is 57 years old and is 3 feet and 8 inches tall. He, also known as Chhotu Baba, has been drawing people’s attention. Chhotu Baba claims that he hasn’t bathed for 32 years.

He says this was a condition he gave him at Diksha. He says it is part of his Sadhana and obeying the orders of his Guide. This Saint further says he attends Mahakumbh at Prayagraj only to meet his Guru.
