InstaAstro is looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester with 1–2 years of experience to test and maintain the quality of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of manual testing, basic automation testing using Python and Pytest, API testing, and tools like Appium, Git, and Jira to identify defects and ensure smooth application performance.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or equivalent).
Skills Required
1–2 years of hands-on experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Knowledge of manual testing practices, SDLC, STLC, and software quality standards.
Ability to test mobile apps and web applications to identify bugs and functional issues.
Familiarity with automation testing using Python, Pytest, and relevant testing frameworks.
Understanding of API testing, Appium, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
Experience in using Git for version control and Jira for bug reporting and tracking.
