Venus, Mars, Saturn, and Jupiter will all be visible as they align in our sky.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jupiter and Venus are the two brightest planets in the sky, and Jupiter will be high enough above the horizon an hour before sunrise during the last week of April to make it easier to observe.<\/span><\/p>\n

On April 30, the planets will create a rare “ultra-close conjunction.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The most recent planetary conjunction happened in 2020, when Jupiter and Saturn formed the “Grand Conjunction.”<\/span><\/p>\n

With a telescope and away from city lights, the best way to see four planets is through<\/a><\/span> a telescope. However, about an hour before sunrise, the planets can be viewed with the naked eye.<\/span><\/p>\n

You may see the four planets align just above the horizon in the southeastern sky if you look just above the horizon.<\/span><\/p>\n

This week, four planets – Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn – will align in a spectacular sky parade for stargazers. According to Live Science, the Moon will join the four planets in the last week of April.<\/span><\/p>\n

The celestial joy began to take shape on April 17 and will peak on April 20. In the next days, experts say the greatest viewing window will be between 5 and 6 a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where will the planets be visible when they are aligned?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

For nearly an hour before daybreak, this gathering will be most apparent in the northern hemisphere. The planets will be visible in the southern hemisphere at the same time of the month, but further east and at a steeper angle.<\/span><\/p>\n

Uranus and Neptune will also join the five-planet alignment in the northern hemisphere.<\/span><\/p>\n

What causes a planetary alignment?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Such alignments occur when the planets’ orbits bring them to the same region of the sky when viewed from Earth, according to Live Science.<\/span><\/p>\n

These alignments aren’t common, but they’re not uncommon either.<\/span><\/p>\n
